Below you will find the average delivery time for all orders placed through our website.

Once an order has been placed, we require approximately one to three business days to process it. Orders placed during the workweek are usually processed within one business day. Orders placed on Friday evening or over the weekend may take slightly longer to be processed.

After your order has been processed, it will be dispatched. Delivery typically takes between five and twelve business days. We do our best to ensure that every order is handled with care and delivered as efficiently as possible. Placing an Order

Ordering from Bella & Barbera’s Atelier is designed to be simple and straightforward. Start by visiting the product page of the item you wish to purchase and add it to your shopping cart by clicking the “Add to Cart” button.

Please make sure that you have selected the correct options before continuing. If everything is correct, proceed to checkout. On the information page, you will be asked to enter your shipping details. It is important that this information is complete and accurate to avoid delivery issues.

Once your details have been entered correctly, you can continue to the shipping step to review your address information. At this stage, you will see that all orders are shipped free of charge. As a gesture of appreciation, we cover all shipping and delivery costs for our customers.

After reviewing your details, you may proceed to the payment step.

Payment

During checkout, you can choose from several secure payment methods. All payments at Bella & Barbera’s Atelier are processed through an SSL-encrypted system, ensuring a safe and reliable payment environment.

Once you have selected your preferred payment method and completed the payment, your order will be confirmed. If you experience any issues during checkout or payment, our support team is available to assist you.

Shipping Your Order

After placing your order, we begin preparing it for shipment as quickly as possible. We understand how exciting it is to receive your purchase and aim to process orders with care and efficiency.

To maintain fair pricing and due to our current clearance period, orders are shipped in grouped batches once a minimum shipment volume has been reached. This allows us to manage logistics responsibly during this time. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Track Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will be able to track its progress through our Track & Trace page. Tracking information is usually available online within one to three business days after dispatch.
